Mazatlán mangrove conservation efforts continue at Estero Infiernillo
The Secretariat of Welfare and Sustainable Development (SEBIDES) is conducting monthly cleaning and conservation sessions at Estero Infiernillo in Mazatlán. This initiative is part of the 'Cuidemos los Manglares' campaign, which has been active since 2025.
In coordination with the Mazatlán City Council, CONAPESCA, and various educational and community organizations, the recent session focused on removing various types and sizes of waste from the ecosystem.
