Mazda and Auto Gallery open exclusive showroom in Santo Domingo

Mazda, represented in the Dominican Republic by Grupo Viamar, has partnered with authorized dealer Auto Gallery to inaugurate a new exclusive showroom in Santo Domingo. Located in Plaza Castilla at the intersection of Abraham Lincoln and Lope de Vega avenues, the facility is designed to provide a personalized shopping experience based on the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi, which emphasizes hospitality and anticipating customer needs.

The inaugural event was attended by various dignitaries, including the Japanese Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Osamu Hayakawa, along with government authorities, diplomats, and automotive executives. During the ceremony, the brand officially introduced the 2027 Mazda CX-5, the third generation of its flagship SUV, to the local market.

Fernando Villanueva Sued, president of Grupo Viamar, and Pedro Cabrera, president of Auto Gallery, highlighted that the alliance aims to strengthen the brand's presence in the metropolitan area and offer high standards of service, comfort, and post-sales support.
