Mazda CX-5 drops to 666 million VND as Vietnamese SUV prices tumble

Vietnam's urban SUV market—from sub‑compact (A) to mid‑size (C) models—has seen a wave of steep price cuts. Mazda CX‑5’s standard version was reduced by 33 million VND, bringing its price to 666 million VND, the lowest entry price for a C‑segment SUV in the country.

Other manufacturers have followed suit. Geely Coolray’s facelift models now start at 499 million VND, while Skoda Kushaq’s Ambition and Style trims were lowered to 499 million VND and 549 million VND respectively after inventory‑clearance promotions. Korean‑made Kia Seltos 1.5 L AT now lists at 549 million VND (about 539 million VND after additional dealer incentives), and Suzuki Fronx’s top trim dropped to around 430 million VND. The combined discounts create a new, more affordable price landscape across the A‑, B‑ and C‑size SUV segments.
