Mazda debuts locally assembled CX-30 at GIIAS Makassar 2026

PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI), the official distributor of Mazda in Indonesia, is participating in the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) The Series 2026 Makassar for the first time. The event is held at the Summarecon Mutiara Makassar Convention Center from October 28 to November 1, 2026.

A major highlight of the exhibition is the introduction of the New Mazda CX-30, which marks the brand's first model to be assembled locally in Indonesia. Ricky Thio, Chief Operating Officer of EMI, stated that local assembly is a strategic move to expand manufacturing activities in Indonesia and bring the brand closer to customers nationwide while maintaining global manufacturing standards.

In addition to the CX-30, Mazda is showcasing the third-generation All-New Mazda CX-5, featuring updates to design and cabin comfort, and the All-New Mazda 6e Fastback, representing the brand's expansion into electric vehicles.
