Mazda launches Heritage Space in Tokyo’s Fukagawa district
Mazda will open a new brand‑experience facility, the MAZDA HERITAGE SPACE FUKAGAWA, on 30 July 2026. The 100 m² venue is attached to the renovated Kanto Mazda Fukagawa dealership in the Fukagawa area of Tokyo and is part of Mazda’s domestic business‑structure reform aimed at strengthening its urban‑area dealer network.
The space showcases Mazda’s motorsport heritage, including a replica of the wheel‑nut from the 1991 Le Mans winning car, a display of the Mazda RX‑7 254, and the Mazda 717C. It also offers a custom‑parts showroom, merchandise, and a service desk staffed by former Mazda racing personnel. Autoexe president Yojiro Terada, known as “Mr. Le Mans,” will be involved in the venue’s operations, reflecting the brand’s focus on connecting fans and customers with its racing legacy.
