Mazda Roadster Coupe used prices rise due to scarcity

The used car market for the rare Mazda Roadster Coupe (NB model) is seeing significant price increases. Originally released in 2003, this model was developed by Mazda subsidiary Mazda E&T to feature a fixed roof that functions as a structural component, increasing body rigidity.

Due to extreme scarcity, only three Type S models are currently circulating in the market. Prices for these vehicles have risen to between 2.8 million and 4.3 million yen, exceeding their original new car price range of 2.35 million to 3.1 million yen.
