Mazury region sees new luxury architectural housing development

A new recreational housing complex is being developed on the shores of Lake Kownatki in the Mazury region of Poland. Designed by the studio Archmondo, the project aims to establish a new standard for high-end leisure architecture by focusing on the relationship between the structures and the surrounding landscape.

Architects from Gdańsk designed a model home to serve as a template for a larger development covering 36 hectares by the developer Rohe. The project emphasizes tranquility, forest surroundings, and clean water, positioning the region as a sophisticated alternative to traditional exotic luxury destinations.
