MB launches digital multi-tier supply chain finance platform

Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) has launched a digital multi-tier Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform to facilitate capital flow throughout Vietnam's evolving supply chains. The initiative aims to support industry leaders in building sustainable supplier ecosystems while helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) improve their ability to participate in value chains.

As Vietnam becomes a key destination in global supply chain shifts—particularly in industrial manufacturing, electronics, energy, and consumer goods—the platform addresses a critical bottleneck: the difficulty SMEs face in accessing capital through traditional methods that rely heavily on collateral and independent credit histories. The digital SCF solution extends financial connectivity beyond central enterprises and tier-1 suppliers to deeper layers of the supply chain, promoting transparency and resilience.
