MBH Bank headquarters construction in Budapest utilizes integrated hoist solutions

The construction of the new MBH Bank headquarters in Budapest is utilizing specialized GEDA hoist solutions to manage complex site logistics. The project, which consists of three high-rise towers, is expected to be completed by the end of 2027 and aims to centralize the bank's employees currently spread across various locations in the capital.

To address specific architectural challenges, the logistics provider Profirent integrated construction hoists directly into the buildings’ future elevator shafts. This approach was chosen because the project's façade design required the building envelope to be enclosed quickly for weather resistance and thermal insulation. Using conventional external hoists would have hindered the enclosure process, whereas the internal shaft integration allows for the continuous, safe transport of personnel and materials even after the façade is completed.
