MBN ‘Muyeong Jeonseol 2’ uses AI to release dance teaser

MBN has released a promotional teaser for the second season of its trot audition program, ‘Muyeong Jeonseol: Trot Sannae-deul-ui Seoyeol Jeonjaeng’ (Muyeong Jeonseol 2), featuring hosts Jang Min-ho and Kim Dae-ho.

The teaser utilizes AI technology to depict the two hosts performing a dance challenge to the song ‘NEON’ by the girl group A2O LITE. The video parodies the popular ‘Nyeon and Beyond’ social media meme, showing the hosts in matching white suits and blue shirts performing synchronized choreography, including breakdancing by Jang Min-ho.

The production team used AI to blend current digital trends with the program’s promotion. The teaser concludes by hinting at the upcoming season’s new contestants, featuring seven masked individuals intended to follow the success of the Season 1 top seven. Season 2 is scheduled to air this winter and is currently recruiting male participants.
