MBV AG appoints Frank Panofen as CCO; Pubmatic hires César Masumbuku as Senior Director Europe

MBV AG announced the appointment of Frank Panofen as Chief Client Officer, giving him global responsibility for sales, marketing, product management and business development. Panofen brings more than 20 years of life‑sciences and pharma experience, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of a life‑sciences division. CEO Ronny Zingre said Panofen’s expertise will support the company’s international growth strategy.

Pubmatic named César Masumbuku Senior Director of Advertising Solutions for Central Europe, effective 1 July 2026. Based in Hamburg, Masumbuku will lead the company’s advertiser‑partner activities across Germany, the DACH region and neighbouring markets. He joins from Index Exchange, where he spent five years as Sales Director for DACH & CEE, handling agency holdings and premium publishers. Pubmatic highlighted his background in curation, data partnerships, CTV and identity‑management as key to expanding its advertiser‑solutions platform.
