MC-Bauchemie launches joint venture in Paraguay

German-based MC-Bauchemie has established a new joint venture, MC-Bauchemie Paraguay, in partnership with the Paraguayan construction technology firm Plastizil. Officially founded on June 29, 2026, in Asunción, the move transitions the relationship between the two companies from a distribution model to a direct market presence.

The new entity will utilize existing local infrastructure for production, laboratory activities, and warehousing. Gabriel Zillich has been appointed General Manager, while Luis Zillich serves as Managing Director. The company will operate under the MC LATAM region, reporting to the regional management of MC-Bauchemie Brasil.

MC-Bauchemie aims to leverage Paraguay’s growing construction sector, which is currently driven by urbanization, infrastructure development, and industrial investment, to provide sustainable and high-quality construction solutions.
