McDonald’s Canada honors two Quebec managers with merit awards

McDonald’s Canada has awarded the 2026 Exceptional Manager Merit to two restaurant managers in Quebec, recognizing them as part of the top 5% of managers across the country.

Said Belahcen, manager of the Forestville location, received the award for his leadership and community involvement. Belahcen began his career with the brand in 2013 while studying in Morocco and joined McDonald’s Canada in 2021. He has served as the manager of the Forestville restaurant since 2024.

Timothée Leduc, manager of the Mirabel location, was also honored for his commitment to customer service and team development. At 23 years old, Leduc has nine years of experience with the company, having started as a crew member and rising to a management role in 2023.
