McDonald's expands presence with new locations in Poland and Australia

McDonald's is expanding its footprint with new restaurant openings in Poland and Australia.

In Poland, the fast-food chain is preparing to open a location in the center of the spa town Krynica-Zdrój. The restaurant is planned for the CRH Jaworzyna complex, situated on Piłsudskiego and Podgórna streets at the site of the former Jaworzyna cinema. Recruitment efforts are underway for both day and night shifts, with new employees expected to undergo training at existing locations in Nowy Sącz and Stary Sącz.

In Australia, a new McDonald's restaurant has opened in Crows Nest, representing a $5 million investment in the local economy. The facility, located at 31 Willoughby Road, has created over 80 jobs. The location is operated by licensee Bernard Kelly, who manages a network of seven restaurants across Sydney's North Shore.
