Recorded by a customer, the footage shows the manager standing over the employee at a dining table, pointing at paperwork and discussing performance issues such as a messy lobby and uncleaned drink stations. The employee, seen wearing a uniform and yellow sash, appeared to listen and sign documents while in full view of other diners. The manager subsequently fired the employee, reportedly due to cleaning standards not being met.
