McDonald's launches SpongeBob and One Piece collaboration in Brazil and Mexico

McDonald's has launched a collaborative marketing campaign in Brazil and Mexico featuring characters from the animation franchises One Piece and SpongeBob SquarePants.

In Brazil, the promotion includes collectible Happy Meal toys where SpongeBob SquarePants characters are depicted as One Piece figures, such as SpongeBob as Luffy and Patrick as Zoro. The campaign also introduces new menu items, including a Top Sundae with cherry and orange syrup and a mango-pineapple beverage.

In Mexico, the collaboration is available through the Happy Meal, offering various menu options including nuggets or hamburgers. The collection features 12 different character combinations, with toy availability subject to local branch stock.
