McDonald’s opens its 14th outlet in Łódź’s New Centre district

McDonald’s will open a new restaurant in Łódź’s New Centre area, marking the chain’s 14th location in the city. The outlet is being built on the ground floor of the Flow apartment building, close to Łódź Fabryczna railway station. The 326‑square‑metre restaurant will follow the chain’s latest design standards and is expected to welcome its first guests after the summer holidays, although an exact opening date has not been announced.

Franchisee Aneta Czaplicka will operate the site, which is intended to serve nearby residents, office workers and railway passengers. The opening is part of the broader development of the New Centre district, which plans to add about 3,600 new apartments and eventually house up to 10,000 people, transforming the area into a modern residential and commercial hub.
