McDonald’s opens large flagship restaurant in Warsaw

McDonald’s has opened a new flagship restaurant at Plac Unii in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, marking the brand’s return to Puławska 2 after approximately 20 years. The previous location at this address operated within the historic Supersam building until 2006.

The new facility covers approximately 950 square meters across two levels, occupying a space formerly used by H&M. It features unique architectural elements, such as tables situated on a walkway overlooking the shopping passage, and includes Play Land, the first dedicated children’s play zone of its kind in Poland.

This opening is part of a broader expansion strategy in Poland, where the company plans to invest 2 billion PLN in new locations by 2027. McDonald’s currently operates around 600 restaurants across the country.
