McDonald's Sweden manager stresses youth employment benefits

Ida Magnusson, manager of a McDonald's restaurant in Solna, Sweden, says the chain provides a crucial first job for many teenagers. Magnusson emphasizes that early responsibility helps young workers gain confidence and develop communication and teamwork skills. Some trainees have progressed to leadership roles, with one former employee later taking a leadership position in the military.
