McDonald’s to bring back Spicy Chicken McNuggets in the US

McDonald’s is scheduled to bring back its Spicy Chicken McNuggets at participating restaurants across the United States starting September 1. The spicy variant features a tempura coating seasoned with aged cayenne and chili peppers.

Accompanying the return of the nuggets is the Mighty Hot Sauce, a dipping option made from crushed red pepper, spicy chilis, garlic, and a hint of sweetness. The Spicy Chicken McNuggets originally debuted in 2020, representing the first new nugget flavor since the original version launched in 1983. Both the nuggets and the sauce will be available for a limited time while supplies last.
