McDonald's to host employment fair in Jacó, Costa Rica

McDonald’s Costa Rica, operated by Arcos Dorados, has announced its second major employment fair in the coastal hub of Jacó. The recruitment drive is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Colegio Técnico Profesional (CTP) of Jacó.

The initiative targets the Puntarenas province as a strategic growth area to bolster the hospitality workforce and capture regional talent. This move is part of broader corporate social responsibility programs intended to stimulate economic mobility and reduce youth unemployment in regions outside the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM).
