McDonald's to release Hello Kitty and Godzilla Happy Meal toys

The collection includes various character pairings: Hello Kitty as Godzilla, My Melody as Mothra, Kuromi as Mechagodzilla, Keroppi as King Ghidorah, Badz-Maru as Rodan, Cinnamoroll as Destoroyah, Chococat as Spacegodzilla, and Pompompurin as Gigan.

The announcement has generated significant social media interest among fans of both franchises. However, some consumers have expressed concerns regarding potential scalping, noting that previous high-profile Happy Meal collaborations, such as those with Pokemon, faced issues with resellers buying up stock for online profit.
