McLaren driver allegedly denied entry to In-N-Out during Monterey Car Week

During Monterey Car Week, a driver allegedly was denied entry to the parking lot of an In-N-Out Burger in Seaside, California, because he was driving a McLaren.

According to claims made by the driver's brother, security at the restaurant entrance turned the supercar away while allowing other vehicles to enter. In a video shared by KSBW, the driver characterized the incident as "profiling" and "racism towards cars." The brothers noted that while several other sports cars were parked within the lot, the McLaren was specifically barred from entering.

The incident occurred amid heightened security and traffic measures on the Monterey Peninsula. The location has previously been a site for large gatherings of car enthusiasts, including an unauthorized street takeover during the previous year's festivities. In-N-Out has been contacted for comment regarding whether the security guard was following a specific company policy.
