McLaren Minerals and McFarlane Lake Mining report significant resource updates
McLaren Minerals Limited has reported strong assay results from its 2026 Mineral Resource Upgrade and Expansion drilling program at the McLaren Titanium Project in Western Australia. The drilling, which included 179 holes covering 2,835 metres, showed a length-weighted average of 4.96% heavy mineral (HM) over an average thickness of 15.8 metres. Notably, 46% of the holes achieved 5% HM or higher, and 13% exceeded 6% HM. The company intends to use these results to update its geological model and Mineral Resource estimate, supporting future metallurgical testing and feasibility studies.
Separately, McFarlane Lake Mining has significantly expanded the gold inventory at its Juby project. Following a drilling campaign, the updated mineral resource estimate now includes 1.14 million indicated ounces and 5.06 million inferred ounces of gold. This represents a 59% increase in inferred ounces compared to September 2025. The expansion was driven by approximately 13,000 metres of new drilling, which identified the new 826 Zone. The Juby project is located in the Archean Abitibi greenstone belt.
