McLaren Racing's Leadership and Trackside Revamp Boost Team

Senior Racing Director Randy Singh attributes McLaren's rise from a mid‑field outfit to a competitive force to the leadership of team principal Zak Brown and team manager Andrea Stella. He says their approach gave engineers and staff the resources, autonomy and rapid decision‑making needed to improve performance and attract new sponsors.

The team has also unveiled two new trackside environments designed by the branding agency Landor. The three‑story, mobile Team Hub provides collaborative spaces, media areas and a hospitality tier, while the redesigned Garage offers a VIP experience with large digital displays that showcase the network of people and technology behind race‑weekend performance. Both projects aim to strengthen operational efficiency and commercial appeal under McLaren’s “Forever Forward” philosophy.
