Meat retail ventures expand in Mexico and Argentina

Various food and meat retail ventures are expanding their presence in Mexico and Argentina.

In Querétaro, Los de Cecina Juriquilla is offering traditional Toluca-style cecina, including natural and seasoned varieties, alongside mexiquense chorizo and various sides like guacamole and nopales.

In Posadas, Argentina, the Cooperativa Virgen de Fátima is launching CoopeMeat, a boutique-style meat shop. The new establishment features a self-service format with selected, packaged, and frozen meat products. The inventory will include national and imported goods, such as sausages from Spain, aiming to provide a specialized shopping experience while creating six new direct jobs.
