Meccha Chameleon announced for Nintendo Switch 2

The viral multiplayer game Meccha Chameleon has been announced for the Nintendo Switch 2 during a Nintendo Direct on September 9. Previously available on PC via Steam, the title has seen massive success, reaching over 20 million sales and peaking at 340,000 simultaneous players.

The game features a hide-and-seek mechanic where players use a painting system to blend into their surroundings to avoid hunters.

Following the announcement, a significant pricing error was reported in the Brazilian Nintendo eShop. While the game sells for approximately R$23 on Steam, it was briefly listed for R$1,879.20 in Brazil, causing immediate concern among local consumers.
