Medan City expands population administration services to all sub-districts

The Medan City Government has expanded population administration services to all sub-districts across the city. This initiative aims to strengthen public services by bringing administrative processes closer to residents and reducing the need for citizens to visit the Population and Civil Registry Office directly.

Acting Regional Secretary Erfin Fahrurrazi stated that the policy follows instructions from the Mayor of Medan to innovate and improve bureaucratic efficiency. The Head of the Population and Civil Registry Office, Baginda P Siregar, confirmed that while the service was previously trialed in seven sub-districts, it is now officially operational in all sub-districts to improve time efficiency for the public.
