Medartis and Henry Schein report strong growth and raised outlooks

Medartis and Henry Schein Inc. have reported strong financial results for the first half of 2026, driven by growth in the medical and dental sectors.

Medartis reported a 31% increase in total revenue to CHF 160.8 million, supported by acquisitions of Keri Medical and CADskills. Organic growth in its core business accelerated to 17%, with particularly strong performance in the US market, where organic core revenue rose by 27%. While the company improved its core EBITDA margin to 18% and turned a net profit of CHF 6.8 million, it reported a negative free cash flow of CHF -10.1 million due to investments in surgical sets and US production expansion. Medartis has raised its 2026 outlook, expecting 17% to 19% organic growth.

Henry Schein Inc. reported Q2 2026 revenue of $3.458 billion, marking double-digit growth compared to the previous year. Net income from continuing operations reached $94 million, reflecting improved profitability in dental and medical products. Following these results, management raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance, citing robust demand from dentists and physicians.
