Medeama SC and Dreams FC prepare for Ghana Premier League clash
Medeama SC and Dreams FC are preparing for an upcoming Ghana Premier League fixture scheduled for Wednesday, September 23.
Medeama SC goalkeeper Felix Kyei has called for improved collective defensive efforts from the entire squad. Following a 1-1 draw against Vision FC and a recent exit from the CAF Champions League at the hands of TP Mazembe, Kyei emphasized that defensive stability is a team-wide responsibility rather than an issue isolated to the goalkeeper or backline.
Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon stated that his team aims to frustrate Medeama SC by denying them time and space on the ball. Seeking their first win of the season after consecutive defeats, Dreams FC will look to break a difficult historical trend, as Medeama has struggled to secure victories at Dreams FC's home ground since the latter joined the top flight in 2016.
