Medellín Gourmet festival opens with 150 participating restaurants

The 29th edition of the Medellín Gourmet gastronomic festival has officially opened and will run until November 2. The event features 150 establishments located in Medellín and the Oriente Antioqueño region.

Participants offer curated menus for two people, including an appetizer, two main courses, dessert, two drinks, and coffee. To encourage local consumption, the festival has maintained four fixed price tiers ranging from $89,000 to $209,000. This year's theme focuses on innovation using traditional Colombian ingredients from native pantries.
