Medellín hosts National Center for Historical Memory at Book Festival

The National Center for Historical Memory (CNMH) will participate in the 20th edition of the Medellín Book and Culture Festival, held from September 11 to 20 at the Botanical Garden and Explora Park. Under the theme “Voice for those who had no voice,” the entity aims to transform historical memory into a public conversation involving diverse social sectors.

The program includes workshops, research presentations, and artistic activities. Notable events include “Cartography for Memory,” a workshop for youth to explore how locations hold collective history through mapping, and the presentation of the podcast “Languages of Memory: impacts on metalheads within the framework of the conflict.”
