The investigation into the death of singer Giorgos Mazonakis following a plasma exchange procedure is intensifying. Authorities are examining digital evidence, including a deleted message from a clinic employee that reportedly mentioned the administration of a substance to the singer.

Nasos Komianos, a hypnotherapist who claims to have had a 15-year professional relationship with the detained doctor Ioanna Gaka, appeared before an investigator to testify. Komianos, who previously worked as a painter, reportedly received a photograph of Mazonakis from Gaka during the procedure. He also confirmed meeting the singer once, two days before his death, at a restaurant in Psychiko.

New details have emerged regarding the detained doctor, Hlias Theodoropoulos, who allegedly organized seminars and trained colleagues in regenerative cellular therapies. Investigators are also looking into the lifestyle of the accused doctors, who reportedly lived a life of luxury. The Greek Ministry of Health has announced plans for a new regulatory framework and a mobile application to help citizens verify medical licenses and permitted procedures.
