MEDICAL OFFICE wins German Health Award 2026

INDAMED has been named the overall winner in the “Practice Software” category at the 2026 German Health Award. The award, presented by the news channel ntv and the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), recognized MEDICAL OFFICE as the top provider among nine evaluated competitors.

The award is based on an extensive consumer survey conducted between March 19 and May 8, 2026, which included 42,824 customer opinions across 566 healthcare providers. The evaluation criteria were weighted as follows: price-performance ratio (40%), product offering (30%), customer service (20%), and recommendation readiness (10%).

MEDICAL OFFICE is designed to support medical practices, outpatient clinics, and medical care centers with organizational tasks such as scheduling, documentation, billing, and communication. The award ceremony took place on September 16, 2026, at STATION Berlin as part of the BIG BANG AI Festival.
