Medical professionals address intercultural health in Chile and payment disputes in Argentina

In Argentina, medical professionals affiliated with PAMI have issued an alert regarding insufficient payment rates. The Association of Professionals of Integral Medical Care and Affiliates (Appamia) reported that doctors and dentists are facing unsustainable financial conditions, with some professionals working at a loss. Local physician Pablo Gorini noted that the current compensation makes it difficult to cover basic clinic expenses, describing recent negotiation offers from the social security agency as inadequate.
