A 25-year-old medical student from Sichuan, China, has passed away due to HIV complications. The student, identified as Mr. Dang, was recognized as a high-achieving student throughout his academic career and was a prominent figure in his medical studies.

Despite his medical knowledge regarding HIV transmission and prevention, the student contracted the virus through personal mistakes. In his final days at a county hospital infectious disease ward, he reportedly expressed regret, noting that he had previously believed he would never contract the disease.
