Medical training sessions announced in Tokyo and Aomori

Various medical training sessions have been announced in Japan for the 2026 fiscal year.

The Tokyo Dental Association is recruiting participants for a seminar on September 29, 2026. The training focuses on facility standards for initial dental examinations, covering topics such as infection control for emerging diseases and the appropriate use of antibiotics in dentistry. The session is aimed at dental professionals and includes guidance on administrative procedures and calculation methods.

Additionally, Aomori Prefectural Central Hospital will host a palliative care training workshop on December 5, 2026. Following guidelines set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the program is designed for doctors, dentists, and other healthcare workers involved in treating cancer and other specific diseases. Participants must complete e-learning requirements by September 30, 2026, to be eligible for the workshop and subsequent certification.
