Medieval and Modernist fairs open in Ferrol and Sada, Spain

The historic port district of Ferrol has launched its annual Medieval Market, which began on Thursday, 30 May, and will remain open to the public until the following Monday. The event features period‑styled stalls selling crafts, jewellery, clothing and food, as well as live performances, street shows and activities for children such as knight‑training workshops.

Meanwhile, the coastal town of Sada is hosting a Modernist Fair that started on Friday and runs through Sunday. Visitors can explore a Modernist Market and take scheduled rides on vintage‑style buses that tour the town’s modernist architecture. Both fairs aim to attract families and tourists with cultural entertainment and local commerce.
