Medteria, a provider of the medical communication cloudMedteria’, has raised a total of 140 million yen to accelerate business expansion. The funding consists of 100 million yen through a third-party allotment and a 40 million yen equity loan from the Japan Finance Corporation.

This brings the company’s cumulative funding to 240 million yen. The ‘Medteria’ platform is currently used by approximately 60,000 users, primarily medical professionals and students, to share files, images, and videos within hospital or university communities to facilitate knowledge accumulation.
