Meg Ryan Sells Bridgehampton Home for $15.3 Million

Actress Meg Ryan’s traditional shingled estate in Bridgehampton, New York, listed at $15.3 million on May 29, has been sold after less than nine weeks on the market. The buyer was represented by Paul Brennan and Martha Gundersen of Douglas Elliman, while Ryan’s listing agent was Evan Kulman of Compass.

The 4,900‑square‑foot, three‑story home, built in 2016 by architect Kathrine “Kitty” McCoy, features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a geothermal heating and cooling system, a custom dog‑washing station, and extensive interior finishes such as wide‑plank oak floors and shiplap walls. Ryan purchased the property in late 2024 for $13.5 million after starring in the 2023 film “What Happens Later.” The rapid sale underscores strong demand for high‑end Hamptons real‑estate.
