MEGA begins filming new comedy series ‘Ntantda tis Geitonias’

Filming is underway for the new MEGA comedy series ‘Ntantda tis Geitonias’ (The Neighborhood Nanny). Behind-the-scenes photography has been released, showcasing the production in natural locations and the chemistry between the cast members.

The plot follows Giannis (Gerasimos Skiadaresis), a meticulous retired teacher navigating life after the loss of his wife. Due to a bureaucratic error, he is unexpectedly placed into a childcare program and sent to work as a ‘nanny’ in the home of Christina (Rena Lykou). Christina is a dynamic but overwhelmed mother struggling to balance work with raising her seven-year-old daughter and one-year-old baby. The series explores the clash between Giannis’s strict logic and Christina’s spontaneity, ultimately focusing on how care and love can build family bonds regardless of biological relation.

The cast includes Gerasimos Skiadaresis, Dimitris Piatas, Eleni Krita, Vana Rabota, Rena Lykou, Nikolas Zeginoglou, and Antonis Giannakos.
