Mega recruits Claudio Palma and Iván Zamorano for Chilean football coverage

Chilean media outlet Mega has announced that commentator Claudio Palma and former national team captain Iván Zamorano will join MegaDeportes to lead the coverage of the Chilean national football team. The duo will provide play-by-play narration and analysis for matches during the qualifying rounds for the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

Claudio Palma brings nearly 40 years of experience, including extensive history narrating World Cups and Copa América matches. Iván Zamorano joins the team following over a decade of international experience working with networks such as Telemundo and Univision, as well as his current roles covering the UEFA Champions League and La Liga.

The partnership is part of Mega's 'Volver a Creer' project, which aims to combine high technology with multimedia coverage to enhance the viewing experience for fans of 'La Roja'. They join an existing sports team that includes Rodrigo Sepúlveda, Gustavo Huerta, and Camila Romero.
