Thrash metal legends Megadeth have announced their final tour of Japan, scheduled for February 2027. The tour is part of the band’s ongoing farewell world tour following frontman Dave Mustaine’s decision to retire the group while still at the height of their success.

The scheduled performances include a show at Grand Cube Osaka on February 22, 2027, and a concert at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on February 24, 2027. The band is expected to perform material from their final self-titled studio album, ‘Megadeth’, which was released in 2026.

The current lineup features Dave Mustaine, James LoMenzo, Dirk Verbeuren, and Teemu Mäntysaari. General ticket sales are set to begin on September 19, 2026.
