Megadeth announces major tours with Anthrax and Kerry King

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine has announced extensive upcoming touring plans that include North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. For the next run of shows, the band will be joined by Anthrax and Kerry King's solo project.

Following that, Megadeth plans a 24-date European tour scheduled from March 9 to April 13, 2027, featuring Black Label Society and Testament. Mustaine also indicated potential performances in South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, India, and South Africa.

While discussing the band's future, Mustaine addressed his physical health, noting that ongoing hand issues may eventually force a retirement decision. He expressed a desire to continue performing as long as possible, stating, “We’re going to try and play as much as we can, do as much as we can until I can’t do it anymore.”
