Megamedia and Prime Video strike distribution deal for 'Prohibida obsesión' in Latin America

Megamedia and streaming service Prime Video have signed a distribution agreement that will make the Chilean thriller‑drama series “Prohibida obsesión” available exclusively on Prime Video across Latin America, including Brazil. The deal allows each episode to be released on the platform 48 hours before its broadcast on Mega’s television channel.

The series follows 50‑year‑old Luciano (Diego Muñoz) whose orderly life is upended after a one‑night encounter with the young Bárbara (Fernanda Finsterbusch). Executive production is led by Quena Rencoret, Daniela Demicheli and Nicolás Alemparte.
