Megaworld and Sunway recognized in Fortune’s Southeast Asia Best Workplaces list

Megaworld and Sunway Group have been named in Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia 2026. The ranking, developed in partnership with Great Place To Work, is based on employee feedback regarding workplace trust, leadership, and fairness.

Megaworld, a Philippine real estate company, rose to the 22nd position from 90th in 2025. The company reported a 97 per cent employee feedback rating and has secured its Great Place To Work Certification for the second consecutive year.

Sunway Group, a Malaysian conglomerate, secured 26th place. It was the only Malaysian-headquartered organization featured in the regional ranking. According to Great Place To Work, 93 per cent of surveyed Sunway employees considered the group a great place to work.
