Meghan Markle and Prince Harry relocate to United Kingdom

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have transitioned their residence from Montecito, California, to the United Kingdom. Following their move in late August 2026, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet began the autumn school semester. However, the children were recently moved to a different school due to security concerns. A spokesperson for the Sussexes stated the decision followed discussions with their security team regarding the practicality of current arrangements, noting that the change was not a reflection of the previous school's care.

Security concerns were heightened after foreign photographers were observed near the children's new school. A spokesperson described the behavior as a “concerning” and “unacceptable violation of the children's privacy,” citing a lack of judgment by the photographers.

In a separate philanthropic effort, Meghan Markle has partnered with Archewell Philanthropies and the organization Moms Offering More to launch a limited-edition sweatshirt. The cream-colored garment, featuring the embroidery “The Important Little Things,” is priced at $100. All proceeds from the sales are designated for Moms Offering More and the Children's Rights Alliance in Los Angeles to support mothers and children.
