Meghan Markle to co-host Junior MasterChef Australia
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is set to co-host the rebooted Junior MasterChef Australia. The series, which features contestants aged nine to 13, is expected to film in Melbourne for approximately two to three weeks in the first half of 2027.
She will appear alongside judge Poh Ling Yeow. The announcement follows her appearance as a guest judge on MasterChef Australia in April, an episode that reportedly achieved the show's highest Sunday ratings since 2023. This marks the Duchess's first confirmed television role since returning to the United Kingdom with Prince Harry and their children.
Production is slated to begin around May 2027, following the conclusion of filming for the main MasterChef Australia series. While it has not been confirmed, reports suggest Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet may accompany her during the filming period.
