Mehmet Aktunç meets with youth regarding Nicosia municipal vision

Mehmet Aktunç, the National Unity Party (UBP) candidate for the Nicosia Turkish Municipality (LTB) presidency, met with various groups of young people to discuss the future of the capital.

During the meeting, Aktunç shared his municipal vision and listened to the expectations of youth regarding urban life. He emphasized that young people should not merely be seen as service recipients but should play a guiding role in decision-making processes.

Aktunç stated his goal is to transform Nicosia from a municipality that only reacts to daily problems into a contemporary capital managed with a long-term vision. His priorities include restoring the city's unique historical and cultural character and supporting young entrepreneurs to ensure youth can sustain their education and professional lives within the city.
