Mehmet Yalçınkaya reprimands YouTuber Orkun Işıtmak at restaurant

A confrontation occurred between MasterChef Türkiye judge Mehmet Yalçınkaya and YouTuber Orkun Işıtmak during a video shoot at one of Yalçınkaya’s restaurants. Işıtmak entered the kitchen to film content before being introduced to the staff or receiving instructions on the establishment's operational procedures.

Yalçınkaya reprimanded Işıtmak, emphasizing that the kitchen follows a strict workflow and that unauthorized entry disrupts the system. During the exchange, Yalçınkaya stated, “There is a process here, a flow, and if we let you in without us adjusting this flow and process, the system will break.” He further noted that Işıtmak was the first person to enter the kitchen in such a manner, adding, “Pray that I didn't fire you.”

While the interaction was tense, Yalçınkaya later softened his tone, acknowledging that his reaction was somewhat harsh but maintaining that his professional order is a priority.
